Also in November our Founder & CEO, Mike Thomas, has been asked by Bruce Belzowski, Managing Director, Automotive Futures, UM Transortation Research Institute, to speak about his experiences in China at the UM Inside China Auto Conference on November 11th. A China Electric Vehicle Expert, China Industry Expert, J.D. Power, and Argonne National Labs to Discuss the topic 'Inside China: Understandiing the Current and Future Chinese Auto Industry". The event is being held at the University of Michigan, The Michigan League Ballroom, at 911 North University Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI. The conference starts at 9:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm on November 11th, 2015.

OCTOBER 2015: October 5th through October 7th saw us attending and speaking at the 2015 Die Casting Congress & Exposition, hosted by NADCA (North American Die Casting Association)

SEPTEMBER 2015: Mid-month we welcomed two new team members, Dr. Jerry Cole, an expert on die casting, lightweighting, and the what it will take to comply with the 2025 Industry Requirement, and Lynn Short, our new Marketing Manager. We look for great things from both of them - welcome aboard!

MARCH 2015: Automotive Insight was invited to speak at the prestigious 2015 China Auto Forum, April 20 - 22 during the Shanghai International Automotive show.

This annual event was held by CAAM (China Association of Automotive Manufacturers), and attracts leaders of the world automotive industry, domestic and foreign elites and senior government officials. The forum is supported by OICA with full participation by the World Economic Forum. The 2015 them was: "China Automotive Industry under the New Economic Normal". The Auto Forum has become the world's most important platform gathering to exchange and communicate intensely on topics of concern, issues and solutions.

Automotive insight spoke on development trends for batteries and applications and solutions for New Energy Vehicles.
