Extensive manufacturing management and research experience with leading suppliers-- including Schaeffler Technologies, TRW Automotive, Nemak, ZF, Sachs, Stabilus, FEV. As VP, responsible for the Performance Management for 34 plants with business unit turnover 700 Mil €. Present focus is manufacturing process improvement in metal processing, electrical and electronics companies.
Experience in multi-level modeling and simulation of new systems, including eDrive and Hybrid-Drives. Executive Director at Allison, responsible for the analysis of dual-motor systems for GM and eDrive axles for heavy trucks. Especially skilled at evaluating R&D projects for meeting vehicle functional requirements (performance, range, NVH, thermal management, motor and battery sizing).
Management experience with ZF’s chassis business for Engineering, Sales, and Suspension Technology with responsibility for European, American, and Asian customers. Led process optimization and restructuring the US organization. As VP, led chassis technology and suspension in North and South America.

Experienced mechanical and electrical engineer with design and release responsibility for development of 360 Camera Systems & ADAS Modules for Ford. Responsible for design of exterior roof and front fascia systems for Rivian’s commercial van platform, and integration of ADAS systems, Wi-Fi & FM antennas, GPS Modules, Bluetooth receivers and wire harnesses.
